Things worth knowing.
The fastest way to get a price
Call or text. We can usually quote a group trip in a couple of minutes on the phone, because the price depends on the dates, the vehicle and how long you need it — three questions rather than a form. If you would rather write it down, the quote form gets the same answer, just slower.
What we will ask
How many people, what dates, and roughly where you are going. If you are flying in, your flight number helps — we track arrivals and time the handover around delays rather than leaving you to sort it out. If you are not sure which van you need, tell us the group size and whether there is luggage and we will pick for you.
If you are landing outside our hours
The lot is staffed 9am to 5pm on weekdays and 9am to 4pm at weekends. Flights land at all hours, so we also run pickup and return 24/7 by appointment — arrange it when you book and we will be there whenever you land, rather than leaving you to wait until morning. Delivery to your hotel or terminal is available too.
Existing rentals
If you already have a van out and something has come up — you need it longer, something is not right, you are running late back — call the same number. Roadside assistance runs 24/7 for the length of every rental.
