FAQ

Pricing and mileage

How much does it cost to rent a Sprinter van in Los Angeles?
Passenger Sprinter vans run $250 to $425 per day and cargo and crew cargo vans $115 to $250 per day. Every rate includes 300 miles per day with no mileage radius. Weekly and monthly rentals carry a reduced daily rate. Rates effective 19 July 2026.
How many miles are included?
300 miles per rental day with no radius restriction, so a three-day rental includes 900 miles. Additional miles are $0.25 each. There is no mileage cap on where you go inside the United States; the vans may not be taken into Mexico or Canada.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The daily rate covers the van and its mileage allowance. The only additions are extra miles, a professional driver if you want one, and delivery or meet-and-greet. Insurance and fuel are your own.
Do you offer weekly or monthly rates?
Yes, and they are meaningfully cheaper per day. There is no maximum rental length.

FAQ

Requirements

What do I need to rent a van?
A valid driver's licence, proof of your own auto insurance, and a major credit card in the renter's name — all belonging to the person signing the agreement.
How old do you have to be?
25 or older. This applies to every driver on the agreement, not just the primary renter.
Do I need a special licence?
No. A standard US driver's licence covers every vehicle in our fleet, including the fifteen passenger. No commercial licence or endorsement is required.
Do you sell insurance?
No. You need to bring proof of your own coverage that extends to a rented Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Many personal auto policies and credit cards provide this — check with your provider before you arrive.

FAQ

Pickup and delivery

Do I need a special licence to drive a 15 passenger van in California?
No. A regular California Class C driver's licence is all you need to drive a 15 passenger Sprinter for personal use — no commercial or passenger endorsement required. Drivers must be 25 or older, carry their own insurance, and be named on the rental agreement.
Can I hire a driver with the van?
Yes. A professional driver is available as an optional service for airport transfers, weddings, events and group transportation. Ask for it when you request your quote and we will price the van and the driver together.
Do I need a deposit, and what is the cancellation policy?
A non-refundable down payment of $100 or 25% of the rental, whichever is higher, holds the booking, with the balance due 72 hours before pickup. A refundable security hold of $500 to $2,500 depending on rental length and drop-off location is placed on the card. Cancel more than 72 hours out and you lose only the down payment. Full detail is on the rental terms page.
Where do I collect the van?
204 Hindry Ave, Inglewood CA 90301 — about five minutes from LAX. The lot is staffed by people from 9am to 5pm on weekdays and 9am to 4pm at weekends, with after-hours collection available 24/7 by appointment.
Can you deliver the van?
Yes. Delivery and collection to select locations, including LAX and hotels across Los Angeles, is available and quoted with your dates.
What if my flight is delayed?
Send your flight number with your quote request and we will track it. Delays are routine and we plan around them.
Can I pick up outside your hours?
The lot is staffed 9am to 5pm on weekdays and 9am to 4pm at weekends. Outside those hours we run pickup and return 24/7 by appointment — arrange it when you book, and late arrivals are no problem.

FAQ

The vans

What size van do I need?
Up to nine people with luggage: the 9 passenger. Ten to twelve: the 12 passenger. Thirteen to fifteen: the 15 passenger. Groups near a threshold with heavy luggage should size up, because the rear luggage bay shrinks as seating rows are added.
Are all your vans Mercedes-Benz?
Yes. Every vehicle is a high roof Mercedes-Benz Sprinter in the current body style. We do not substitute Transits or Express vans.
Can I take the van out of California?
Yes, anywhere in the United States. Las Vegas, Palm Springs and further afield are all fine, and there is no mileage radius. The one limit is national: the vans may not be taken into Mexico or Canada.
Do you rent cargo vans?
Yes. Two-seat cargo vans from $115 per day and five- to six-seat crew cargo vans for teams travelling with equipment.
