What's in the price — and what isn't.

Worked example

What a real trip costs.

A group of twelve flying into LAX for a long weekend, using a 12 passenger Sprinter. Illustrative — your exact rate depends on dates and availability.

3-day weekend, LAX → Palm Springs → LAX

Roughly 260 miles of driving. Well inside the included allowance.

12 passenger Sprinter, 3 days at $250/day$750
Mileage included (900 mi across 3 days)$0
Miles actually driven (~260)$0 — inside allowance
Hidden feesNone
Van cost for the weekend$750

That's about $21 per person per day across twelve people — before you count the parking and rideshare you didn't pay for. Insurance and fuel are separate.

Pricing FAQ

Straight answers on cost.

How much does it cost to rent a Sprinter van in Los Angeles?
Passenger Sprinter vans — 9, 12 and 15 passenger — rent from $250 to $425 per day. Cargo and crew cargo vans rent from $115 to $250 per day. Every rate includes 300 miles per day with no mileage radius. Weekly and monthly rentals carry a reduced daily rate.
Why is there a range rather than one price?
Three things move the rate: which van you take (our executive 9 and 12 passenger vans sit above the 15 passenger), how long you rent for (longer rentals earn a lower daily rate), and when you're travelling. Peak periods like Coachella weekends, spring break and the December holidays sit at the top of the range; midweek in a quiet month sits at the bottom.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The daily rate covers the van and 300 miles a day. The only things that can be added are extra miles beyond your allowance at $0.25 each, a professional driver if you want one, and delivery or meet-and-greet. Insurance and fuel are your own. We'll quote all of it up front.
Is a deposit required?
A major credit card in the renter's name is required at pickup, along with a valid driver's license and proof of your own insurance. Deposit terms are confirmed with your quote — call us at 888-329-1898 and we'll walk you through it before you book.
Do you offer weekly or monthly rates?
Yes, and they're meaningfully cheaper per day than the daily rate. There's no maximum rental length. If you're renting for a production, a relocation or a long project, tell us the duration up front and we'll price the whole period rather than multiplying the daily rate.
How does this compare to other LA van rentals?
Premium Mercedes-Benz Sprinter rental in Los Angeles generally runs between $250 and $400 a day, so our range sits inside the market. Two things to compare beyond the headline rate: how many miles are included, and whether there's a radius limit. We include 300 miles per day with no radius limit anywhere in the US, and charge $0.25 for additional miles.
What if I drive more than the included miles?
Additional miles are $0.25 each, billed only on what you drive past the allowance — there is no penalty rate and no rounding up. A Los Angeles to Las Vegas round trip is roughly 540 miles, which fits inside a two-day allowance. If you are planning something longer, tell us the itinerary and we will work the mileage into the quote up front.
