As early as possible. Van fleets are fixed, so unlike hotels there is no way to add supply when demand spikes. Availability tightens in autumn as the playoff picture forms and again after the conference championships in January. Twelve months ahead gives the best choice of vehicle and rate.
How much does a van cost for Super Bowl weekend?
Passenger Sprinter vans run $269 to $425 per day and cargo and crew cargo vans $115 to $250 per day, with 300 miles per day included and no mileage radius. Additional miles are $0.25 each. Super Bowl weekend is peak demand so rates sit toward the upper end of the range.
Can I park a Sprinter van at SoFi Stadium?
SoFi Stadium sells parking separately and Super Bowl parking is controlled and pre-sold, so it should be purchased through official channels well in advance. A Sprinter fits a standard oversized space, but height clearance should be checked for any parking structure.
Do you rent to media and production crews?
Yes. Crew cargo Sprinters seat five to six people with a full cargo bay behind for equipment, and weekly rates apply for crews staying the full week.
What do I need to rent a van?
A valid driver's license, proof of the renter's own auto insurance, and a major credit card in the renter's name, all belonging to the person signing the agreement. Drivers must be 25 or older. We do not sell insurance.
