How much does a wedding shuttle van cost in Los Angeles?
From $269 per day for a 9, 12 or 15 passenger Sprinter, including 300 miles per day. A single van usually covers a whole wedding day of hotel-to-venue loops.
Do you provide a driver for weddings?
Yes, if you want one. A professional driver is available as an optional service for weddings — most couples prefer it so nobody in the wedding party has to stay sober to drive or park. You can also drive it yourself or nominate someone; any driver must be 25+ with a valid license and proof of insurance.
How many vans do I need for my guests?
A 15 passenger Sprinter moves fifteen guests per loop and a loop takes roughly 45 minutes including loading. Up to thirty guests can work with one van across two loops if the schedule allows; beyond that, two vans is usually calmer.
Can we rent for the whole wedding weekend?
Yes, and it is usually the better value. Weekly and multi-day rates bring the daily figure down, and having the van from Friday covers the rehearsal dinner and Sunday brunch as well as the wedding itself.
Can we also rent a classic car for the couple?
